An Afternoon in the French Alps

Posted in Travel & Places by

This week, we’ve been in the French Alps visiting my family (life’s hard, I know). It’s been so lovely and relaxing, with days spent sunbathing and chilling watching Harry Potter, as well as exploring the local towns and beautiful scenery.

Yesterday, we went for an afternoon of shopping and pottering around in the nearby town of Annecy. I loved the quaint little cobbled streets (which reminded me so much of the Lanes in Brighton!), and they had a Sephora too, which I had to leave promptly before I spent my entire life savings (though let’s be honest, that’s about 36p).

Here are a few pictures from our day out 🙂 I’d love to take credit for the beautiful photography, but you’ll have to thank Helen for that!

My dad also found this ridiculously cute photo of us and my brother Matthew on holiday in Spain! Clearly I was a fashion icon from a young age.
